“I would like to commend Tri County Logging for the job done earlier this year. A special thanks to Ed Salveter, the procurement forester, for setting up the sale and the communications throughout. Attention was given to the ground after rains to prevent deep ruts, logs not taken in the sale were piled and the ground was pretty well cleaned.
Sometime this fall I would like to see Ed about another sale.”
“If you’re looking for someone to manage your woodlot, Tri County Logging is the one you can count on.”
“Shalan was our broker, Mike was the logger. Both did an excellent job. We are very pleased and would recommend you to anyone.”

Dear Valued Customer,
This morning, Governor Gretchen Whitmer Issued an executive order of a statewide lockdown to take effect across the state of Michigan effective tomorrow March 24 evening at 12:01 AM. This marks a sharp but necessary escalation in Michigan's response and effort to contain the coronavirus. It is an unprecedented order, one that we take seriously and understand its purpose.
After reviewing the details of the order, it has become clear to us that the state intends for critical supply chains to remain open. The listed supply chains includes: "workers who support the manufacture and distribution of forest products, including, but not limited to timber, paper, and wood products". With this information we have mad the decision to keep Hardwoods of Michigan (HMI) operating and open for business.
These are incredibly trying times. HMI committed to doing everything in our power to keep our employees and customers safe. We look forward to continuing to serve you despite the difficult circumstances. Thank you.
Bog Vogel
